Medically Mindful Wellness was founded by Caryn M. Dunn, APRN — a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has cared for patients in New Hampshire's Seacoast community for more than 20 years.
Over that time, she witnessed firsthand how healthcare changed — becoming more rushed, less personal, and increasingly influenced by insurance companies. MMW was built to bring the focus back to you.
At Medically Mindful Wellness, the patient–provider relationship comes first. We work together with you as partners in your health and your aesthetic. We take the time to listen, to educate, and to create personalized plans that fit your goals. No rushed appointments. No feeling like just another chart. Just compassionate, thoughtful, and evidence-based care.
Medically Mindful Wellness is a direct specialty care practice and MedSpa, which means we do not participate with insurance plans. We operate as a fee-for-service clinic — giving us the freedom to spend real time with you and tailor your care without outside interference.
Our Why
Caryn Dunn, APRN
Caryn Dunn, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has combined a lifelong passion for fitness and health with a career in nursing and advanced practice. A former collegiate athlete, Caryn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from Salem State University as a Commonwealth Honors Scholar and member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of New Hampshire, also graduating with honors and induction into Sigma Theta Tau.
Caryn's clinical background spans primary care, hospital nursing, and healthcare for active duty and reserve military personnel. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has also served as clinical faculty for Bachelor of Nursing students. In addition, Caryn contributed to the New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association's Legislative Response Team, advocating for the profession and patient access to care.
Caryn remains passionate about continuous learning while applying her unique approach to health and aesthetics- combining evidence-based medicine with empathy, patient education, and a lifelong dedication to wellness.

Medical Administrator
RG is a registered pharmacist with extensive experience managing operations for medical practices. His experience and knowledge set him apart from day one. His work behind the scenes is what allows us to focus on providing the best quality care possible. Additionally, RG handles communications, refill requests, lab orders, and scheduling. RG is an avid reader and traveler. He particularly enjoys traveling to the beach and visiting historical sites.
